The Modesty’s project central developmental activity is the development of the Big Data system and a set of advanced analytical models. Data on the environment and population activity conditions will be collected in real-time for the purpose of obtaining the most relevant data sample for research, based on which this project is creating a platform for mutual cooperation between the city, industry, scientific community, and population. In addition to the data from hardware sensors, the operator’s mobile network data will be collected on the movement and retention of residents. The leading partner of the project is Combis, while Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Hrvatski Telekom, Exevio, and ioLAP are also included in the project.

eView on a smart city includes open data city portal and a city API for developers, which will create a platform for mutual cooperation between the city, industry, scientific community, and population.

Due to the data from the operator's mobile network, such as a display in direction of visitors’ arrival and departure to a specific location and speed of movement in the context of separation of visitors into cars and pedestrians, traffic network optimization will be optimized by smart routing.

A set of Modesty ECO (environmental) applications for citizens and businesses that gravitate towards the city, which will, due to the data from the partners’ eco sensors, create air pollution visualization in the city.

Geo-location monitoring of mobile objects in order to better optimize the traffic network based on the collected data.

Smart destination

Smart destination management (Data Driven Destination Management) is enabled due to various reports derived from the collected data. The idea is to develop more detailed analytics based on the existing and new data sources with the purpose of monitoring and optimizing the movement of domestic and foreign citizens and visitors to the city, as well as visualization of the same for real-time conclusions.

The purpose of this web application is to provide information on the city, county, and other tenders.

RiLive

The aim of this application is to display, in one place, data of public interest related to life in the city of Rijeka (forecast, public transport, traffic, entertainment and culture, epidemiological updates, news, etc.) on the searched day (this is why the application is called RiLive - Rijeka NOW).

Traffic

The goal of this mobile application is to inform the traffic users about various changes in traffic during the ride itself.
